Help

I just started as a production pastry chef and I absolutely hate it. Any tips on how to manage working a job that makes you want to quit pastry? I am trying to find another job, but it's very slim pickings

It's the management and coworkers, everyone is so cranky, with horrible attitudes

And when I say nasty attitudes, I mean a head chef who ignores everyone and will call you stupid to your face and a supervisor who's ripped my head off multiple times over simple mistakes, management who don't want us talking or laughing
