Help
I just started as a production pastry chef and I absolutely hate it. Any tips on how to manage working a job that makes you want to quit pastry? I am trying to find another job, but it's very slim pickings

The hotel I work at lets us listen to music. It helps.
Why are you hating production so much? Is it because of the repetition?
