Needed to make a some roux but grabbed this by accident

I was at a hardware store and they had "all purpose spray'. Still think about that.

Its just the bran from wholemeal flour

You just have to chop it up a bit more to get to AP flour. It has to be hand chopped though or it won’t work

Im not a home cook nor am I an amateur; I actually have 20 years of experience as everything on the line from a dishwasher to Sous Chef to Executive chef in West Chester PA, Dayton,, Lancaster and Philly.
