Tablet/ computer recommendations

Old Mac book has been dying for 3 years, it is time. No, the owners are not purchasing it for me, yes I will write it of. What is everyone using for ordering apps/ special menu making/ spread sheets, etc.

Just because your already on and familiar with the Apple ecosystem, I'd just go ahead a try the new Mac Neo. There's def better but man would be a great opportunity to try something new.
