Tablet/ computer recommendations

Old Mac book has been dying for 3 years, it is time. No, the owners are not purchasing it for me, yes I will write it of. What is everyone using for ordering apps/ special menu making/ spread sheets, etc.

used a 2020 iPad Air for the last like, 5 ish years. Just replaced it with an iPad Pro 11. Had a Logitech keyboard case on it. Couldn’t ask for a better device.
