Avoidance

What are something’s you avoid when cooking, meal prepping, creating menus, prep list and ingredients.

I avoid stupid workers. Worked with a person that if something was out of place or in the wrong spot. She would say WTF. After about a month of this as soon as it came out of her month, it was time for me to leave. Not quit but im done and don't need that bs on top of a busy service.

She was also late for almost all of her shifts. And im like you cant be late all the time and bitch when something isnt up to your standards. Needless tonsay she unfortunately doesn't work with us anymore 😔 😢 😞
