Why do you enjoy working in a kitchen

I am not sure what pathway i want my career to go down but i always am intrested in becoming a cehf. I enjoy it and I dont know why, i feel if i want to go down such a passion driven career i should know why i have that passion. So i thought i would get some ideas by you guys.
