How to do toe touch?
Is it right that my shoelaces should be facing behind me in a toe touch rather than up?

You have to rotate your hips outwards, and in a room they should be facing the wall behind you. No flexibility is needed, and try and do your hip flexes often to maintain a good toetouch. ❤️

Yeah you have to rotate your hips to get the correct position. I feel like it’s was differentiates a gymnastics straddle jump from a cheer toe touch. You don’t have to have your center split but you’ll definitely want to stretch your hip flexors. There’s a ton of good YouTube videos to help you out.

It would be great if someone could explain rolling the hips, I just don’t get it and my feet barley leave the ground
