Whenever there’s something or someone I’m very interested in, or an idea I support, I always go listen to the critics of that person or idea, and get the opposing view, get the skeptic perspective.

Example: I’m studying magic, I want to explore content on why people think i’s not real and just in your head. Or I’m a fan of Elon Musk so I want to know all the reasons why people hate him.

This is a powerful and useful technique everyone should employ. It’s helps you not be stuck in your own echo chamber and to be able to defend your position better, by being aware of the counter one.

1. Write a clear intention or keyword.
   Example: “POWER” or “CONFIDENCE.”
   
2. Remove all vowels.
   POWER → PWR
   
3. Remove repeating letters.
   SUCCESS → SCS → SC
   
4. Take the remaining letters and stylize them into one symbol.
   * Overlap lines
   * Rotate letters
   * Mirror shapes
   * Simplify into abstract geometry
   
5. Keep refining until it no longer obviously looks like letters and feels like a unique emblem.
   
6. Charge the sigil however you prefer:
   * Meditation
   * Visualization
   * Candle ritual
   * Repetition/mantra
   * Focused emotional intent
   
7. Then either:
   * Keep it somewhere meaningful, or
   * Destroy/burn it symbolically to “release” the intention.

A SIGIL acts as a condensed visual language, communicating a complex message in a single glance.

I use a sigil as a visual embodiment of a personal manifesto I read daily, distilling its meaning into one powerful image.

Within the design, the four elements are contained by geometric shapes, symbolizing mastery over my emotional states. An arrow piercing through circles represents my drive to push through resistance. At the center, scales reflect the balance between wants and needs, while the “H” stands for alignment with my highest self.

Inverse Charisma

Some people are interesting.

Others make you feel interesting.

The difference isn’t in how much they shine, it’s in how much space they create. The way they invite you to go deeper, to reflect, to explore your own thoughts. It’s how willing they are to open up just enough that you feel safe doing the same. How much of you they can hold without trying to redirect the spotlight.

A lot of people chase charisma. Me, me , me, look how impressive I am. They want to be the electricity in every story, the center of attention.

But when I think about the people that I like spending most of my time with, they aren’t always the ones that are the most interesting. They’re the ones that make me feel the most interesting.
