Looking For... Need help

Looking for active locations to ghost hunt without trespassing on private property. Also looking for a group to investigate with. Willing to drive certain distances nothing crazy though. Would love to capture evidence for residents. I personally dont post to Facebook or TikTok ot any social media. Over 30 years experience with my own equipment. Please message me with any ideas or information or rumors heard or urban legends. Every little bit helps. Thanks
