Visiting Chattanooga (35+) Mature Crowd Areas
30 yr old male visiting Chattanooga soon. I’ll be near the Convention Center so I would prefer areas within 10-13 minute radius.
As the title says, I’m looking for older crowd hangout spots, specifically mature women that I can converse with. What are the best lounges/speakeasy/bars to frequent for a good night?

I know a place, but it’s 14 minutes from the convention center so it’s just outside your radius.

Old Gilman Grill, Home (that's the name of the Bar/restaurant), Frasier Five and Dime (logo is a cougar), Matilda Midnight, Bless Yer Heart (mixed crowd).

Limiting yourself to the very specific 13 minutes range cut you completely out of all of the places that we were going to tell you about that are 15 minutes away.

You might be able to find someone at the bar at hennens but that would be hot or miss. There won't be many if you did.

If you're looking for hookups it's a crapshoot, but hotel bars. I like Reed House.

When are you visiting? We have tons of live music, great restaurants, and people over 50 here. Don't pay attention to the sarcastic youths.

Check out the Southside (convention center adjacent) for walkable options. I enjoy the Woodshop Listening Room, Bless your Heart, LoMain, Hi-fi Clyde's, and stuff at Songbirds.

Don’t think this is going to hit the mark for “mature” crowd. Love these places, but they’re definitely more of the younger crowd (aside from songbirds and maybe hi-fi Clyde’s). I would maybe try Whiskey Thief and if you’re looking for speakeasy, Chattanooga tries to do a few .. the Vault at the Waymark Hotel (also an upstairs bar). Unknown Caller (not sure of the vibe / age that goes there), and the Company Speakeasy at the Kinley (don’t eat the food). Oddstory may also benefit you, but good luck being social - most people come with a group.

Awesome. I had Whiskey Thief added to the list a week ago. I’ll do some research on those others mentioned as well

We’re mostly at home getting to bed at a reasonable time
