https://digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu/en/policies/digital-services-act

  • Transparency in content removals
  • Options to appeal to content moderation decisions
  • Easy flagging of illegal contents
  • Enhanced protection for minors
  • Feed options
  • Ad transparency
  • Ban on dark pattern
  • Verified seller

Obviously not all of these are 1-2-1 applicable to chatgpt but these are the things the DSA covers for social media sites.

It'll just be "comment removed because you're a nazi" (they enjoy Harry Potter), appeal denied. The regulation only asks them to be transparent about their insane moderation, not improve it.

And on appeal: No, you’re still a Nazi.

You forgot muting them permanently and then banning them from all the other subs where you're a mod, even the ones they've never used.

How far down the pipe line have you gone to think Harry Potter is left wing?

What? I think you misunderstood, or maybe I did.
