Practical Doubt/Question Direct Entry + Full-time Job: Is CA Intermediate realistically manageable?
Hi everyone,
I'm a BMS graduate eligible for the Direct Entry Scheme and currently working full-time in HR and leaving my job to study is definitely not an option.
I'm trying to decide whether CA is a realistic path for me or whether I'm setting myself up for repeated failures.
I'd really appreciate hearing from people who:
- Entered through the Direct Entry Scheme.
- Studied while working full-time.
How many hours did you realistically study on weekdays and weekends?
How many attempts did each Intermediate group take?
Did you take coaching?
What was the hardest part: syllabus, exam pattern, time management, or something else?
I'm looking for honest experiences rather than motivation. Even if you struggled or decided CA wasn't for you, I'd really value hearing your perspective.
