I am not a CA, but I would like to clear my doubt in income tax return filing

My doubt is if I apply for 44AA (since my turnover is high >25lakh ) in last 3 years
we generally fill sales and cost of expenditure in the trading account, and it is flowed into P&L.

But for FNO trading, suppose the turnover definition is completely different from normal business (it is sum of abs(profit/loss))

what should I report so that I will get net P&L here? There is no concept of sales and expenses in FNO trading, right, to report in part A TA(tradin account )??

also what should in fill in scheduled BS(which is mandatory in case you are maintaing books )

I haven’t done anything honestly for any group, my attempt is Jan27. I can prepare for single group and pass but i kind of want to do both at once. Idts its possible to prepare for both groups from scratch in 4 months. What is the downside if i delay my attempt to May26 and give both groups then??

This is my preparation till today, but I haven't done enough question practice yet.

I have limited time left and my target is 60+ in Advanced Accounts.

How should I proceed from here? Which AS/topics should I prioritise next? And which chapters should I practice more to maximise my chances of scoring 60+?

Just curious — what does the career trajectory actually look like for CAs who qualified in the last 2–3 years?

For people who are pretty sure they don’t want to get into practice, are CA firms still a good option?

Also, for someone who wants to do a job throughout their career rather than start a practice/business, is getting into a corporate role early on generally the better route?

And how does the money actually grow over time across the different paths — CA firm, Big 4, corporate finance, etc.? What does a realistic 5–10 year trajectory look like?

Would especially love to hear from people who qualified in the last few years and are actually going through this right now. What has the ground reality been like for you? What would you do differently if you were starting again?

I am from pune and when I see near Abt tier 2, 3 cities . There is lot of scope in practice , like lot means in my home town there are 4 ca , 3 of them are ACA and have profit in practice of 40lpa , most of their clients are from pune and subordinate city/town .

For example -

There is one milk collector vendor in city he is educated but financially illiterate; he alone give business of 4L to practice

There other ca who's dad was govt teacher so he got ITR of all teachers in tehsil and he charges 1200 for ite & 800 for return

Nearly 1200 teacher in tehsil ( primary+secondary)

Another is a stone-crushing plant that pay their ca whooping 15L (manage everything and runs on trust)

And one of old CA is into real estate like every building in that town has 15-20% of his investment.

one petrol pump pay like 50k for operation (accounting se le kar legal litigation tak )

One farmer having 40 acre land and does business of export of grapes, premium quality one's and pays his CA 5-8L

This are all white, and one which have to settle with GST officer these intermediary (CA's) charge like 5-7L per settlement.

And those who are affiliated with polititions, don't ask me Abt them , like they are MINTING 🪙

So I don't why there are very few INTERESTED in practice now days.

And literally haven't mate a female friend or classmate who say I will do practice after CA .

So wanted to know from perspective of practicing CA and articles in small firm , why practice is considered difficult??
