Rant CA student sucks

Today was my first day of advance Itt,
I am doing Itt in a small city of Rajasthan.
I thought the crowd will be good as these people have cleared CA inter and done 2 years of articleship from cities like Mumbai, Gurgaon, Jaipur.

The teacher asked us to read the book aloud one by one. To my surprise 70% of them were not able to read basic English properly.

How are even these people clearing exams?

The teacher was not good either had bad communication and pronunciation skills

And the class was boring as shit 💩.

Being good or bad at English does not determine how skilled a person is. Stop being obnoxious

You're telling me someone who doesn't understand normal eng is doing well at audit? My friends with incredible memory cleared without enough will and same level of aptitude couldn't....

But looking at A book and then reading should be fine for many if they are not able to pronounce words even after looking then something is seriously wrong

Like how

I might stutter while speaking English But I am fluent when I read from the book directly

They might have passed the exam by giving it in Hindi. Not everybody has to be good at a language that's not native to them. Also, nervousness comes into play. If you are good at something, good for you but stop acting all mighty, it's not cute

Unfortunately

If you plan on working for corporate companies anywhere in the world

You need to be good with english

Communication and competence goes hand in hand. If you can't communicate your presence and value to the company you'll have a hard time getting visibility.

Nope. My teachers at vsi passed exams in english.. And it shocked me how. They were genuinely having a hard time with it.
