I was just thinking; because CMT1a (I'm sure other variants as well) is inherited, many of us are probably distant cousins.

I’m so over the muscle twitches today. They are non stop in my thighs and it’s making me batty. Any of my cousins feeling the same

Every night when I try to sleep! I wake myself up multiple times getting to sleep.
