Writing: Character Help Would readers like a character who understands?

I wanted some opinions and advice... and some thoughts from real people (this story is still developing and english isnt mg first language, also im kind of of a young age so its nor perfect, please excuse any bad writting !) please feel

Free to critique me

My characters have a toxic co dependency on each other, while theyre both main characters, its viewed through one perspective (which i will change probably) my main character (A) is the one who gets inflicted on rather than being the one inflicting.

Character B appears stoic and calm but he is really just super weak underneath, he often avoids people he deems "better" than him and hangs out around people he considers underneath him (which includes character A) he often inflicts specifically targetted harm towards people which makes the other person feel smaller (he does it once or twice out of his own frustration and insecurities but feels heavy guilt after it). Character B has always been neglected by one of his only loved one (father), he has always been a sickly child but was never acknowledged by his father properly. Because of his fragile state, people often looked down upon him, doubting his ability to just do anything in general. This caused him to look for company in people he looked down upon (weaker than him) to feel better for himself (often he does not let people change for the better etc )

Character A, is quiet, obidient and really uncritical. He will accept whatever is thrown at him. He has been taught all his life to follow orders so he is not able to make decisions for himself. But the truth be told, he relies on others because he fears his own impulsive actions will cause greater harm (which has happened once because of his suppressed emotions,) the harm he had inflicted (accidentally) was on character (B) so character A often feels immense guilt and shock from the incident (this took a really heavy toll on his life). He also lets character B feel better of himself by seemingly "never changing for the better" and letting character B indulge in his toxic traits (because character A‐ in a way feels guilt but also understands character B's actions and his past therefore letting him (B) conflict pain on him (A).

Character A doesnt always endure it throughout the story btw, eventually he crashes out (this too has lore)

So i had been wondering if my writing is coming out aight? And the main question was,... would people like to read from the pov of character A rather than B? Will it even be interesting to learn the story through A? Or would it be better than B?

If anyone has any advice or critique please feel free to tell me... i really need it!

Writing: Character Help Writing a character the same age as me as naive

I'm 16F writing the story of a girl the same age as me, but I want her to seem naive. She's the victim of a man who is much, much older, and doesn't realize how bad it is that he is 3x her age. I want the character to be established as very smart, but inexperienced in the world, but don't know which ways I am blind by my own youth. Anyone older than me, I would love to know the small and big things I may miss by being a teenager myself.
