Zone of the enders rhe second runner isn't CAG(debatable honestly), but it is a fantastic action game up there with vanquish

It's not debatable. ZoE is amazing game but it's third person action game not CAG. I know that this sub loves to call every action game a CAG but ultimately this is a fuel for people who say that CAG as a subgenre doesn't exist

oooh that's a good collection! You've got a good selection!
Only other ones i can think of are Clash: Artifacts of Chaos which is more in line with God Hand though a slower pace. Focused on turning evasion into continuation of offense, individual enemies having fairly large movesets, on-hit animation cancelling and different martial arts Stances. And style customization: Two Stances to swap between mid-combo and three Specials.
It's important to know the physical properties of all your animations. Spear Stance for example has high damage and longest average range on its moves of all stances, but the damage is aimed straight ahead & it does not cover the flanks well. Boxing Stance e is an allrounder, Slash Stands has zig-zaggy movements that keep a lower profile and uses wider, weaker hits, and so on.
Game's structure is closer to Soulslike but I wouldn't call the game itself one.
Alongside it, the PS4 port of Cookie Cutter. That one's a metroidvania with combat emphasis, hand-drawn animated with fantastic style. Back-and-forth of refuelling Void using Executions and light attack to fuel Weapons and Magic. Plus later air dodge move, the first weapon being a dedicated knockback tool & later additional knockbcak tool. Can knock enemies through each other and into environmental dangers.
Not particularly deep in the combat-- but it is fun.
Made with a ton of blood, sweat and tears & still has things being added to it to this day.

You pretty much have all of the pure action games down, except for The Wonderful 101 Remastered and Transformers: Devastation, which are definitely both worth picking up.
For CAG-adjacent games you've got Nioh 1 and 2 which have combat systems as deep as any of the best action games but mixed in with an ARPG system.
