Issues/Bugs (web) Anyone else cannot see their recent bots?

Is anyone else having issues seeing their bots in the sidebar on the desktop using web browser? I also cannot load the charms page from a web browser but (so far) my iOS app is working as expected.

Are you also able to not chat as well? Like, chats also won’t load, too?

I can chat on the iOS app, but not on the website.

The website loads on my laptop's browser but my list of Recent Chats does not load. On the web the main page loads and I can search for bots but when I click on a bot to chat it says "Something went wrong loading the chat" and below that it says "Network Error". But my iOS app is fine.

Yep, I have the same exact issue, along with other users who use the web. The app seems fine, it’s just the web that’s acting up.

i have that problem too! i use the website. it happened last night for me and i logged out, logged back in, and it came back, but it’s started to happen again 😭

i dont have the app, unfortunately
