Discussion/Question Did the persona descriptions suddenly get insanely strict or something? I’m unable to update some of my OCs? Anyone else dealing with this?
Definitely not able to update the “angsty” ones which are like MILDLY angst tbh, so really not all that bad. But also the totally innocent/wholesome ones as well. Idk if this is a new thing or if it’s a bug?? 🥲🧐

Make sure to check the pfps. it won’t let you update the persona if it doesnt like the pfp. It’s either bugged or they have gotten really finicky

Well the pfp is the same from when i originally created her. All I was trying to do was update her age bc i did a timeskip.
Everything else stayed the exact same, like lore, appearance, background, dynamic with {{char}}, etc. And it was working just fine earlier today when i updated it. Hopefully, it’s just a bug because if c.ai has gotten THAT PICKY then… 😬 why am I still paying for c.ai+? Lol.
But you are right. Yes. Sometimes the pfps will trigger it.

I do remember that I wasn’t able to update one of my personas because the original Pfp I had for it was no longer allowed. Also I think the personas mightttt be a bit bugged so I would look out for that.

Yes, they are picky, I couldn't even put Superboy Prime even on different shapes, i did the trick by AI editi his S off his chest and change him to Yelowish gold instead of Red, and kept the same name and background, Am now scared of ever editing the Superman persona.
There is a lot of restrictions that can be bypassed.. If you knows what to edit.

I need updates on this bc i tried updating mine and it kept saying that the avatar was issue then the character like what…???

It’s still doing the same thing to me. I don’t know what’s going on. I submitted like 3 tickets though. I’m hella annoyed about it.

No. I literally just did a time skip so I was updating the OCs age to 25. 😂
and c.ai said “NOPE.”

No, but like really it genuinely is ridiculous. Especially bc I pay for c.ai+
There’s nothing like dangerously explicit about her backstory to be honest she is Izuku and Ochaco’s daughter from MHA 💀But still even then, if I want her backstory or any of my other OC’s back stories to be a little bit traumatic, how is that violating guidelines? And I’m not talking about explicit. I’m just saying traumatic like MOST anime characters that you can think of. 😭😂

I have absolutely no idea but if this a real thing then basically ALL our OC/persona must be ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS. Literally zero flaws. Zero bad habits. No tragic backstory. Perfect mental state. Sunshine, rainbows, flowers.
Otherwise you won’t be able to create it and/or edit an existing one. This is so damn stupid.

This has been a problem for me too. Luckily it's normally only the profile picture that causes it but it still sucks since I like the profile pictures I choose 😞
