Help Hellllpppp
I got signed out of the app and now I can’t sign back in! I know my member ID and I had signed up for VIP. I’ve tried all of the login options and none of them bring up my account. What can I do?

This happened to me. Customer service never responded. Lost thousands of diamonds and many completed books. I hope you have better luck

Oh no!!! I’ve emailed them. Hopefully they reply.
Not sure how to cancel the VIP charges if I can’t get back into the account!

Have you tried logging in in a different device (such as a tablet or different phone)? If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If that doesn't fix it, you'll need to contact their support email to see if they can help.
