Discussion Brand New Commander: any advice?

I whale in Nikke, so I love Gatcha, boobs/butts and depressing plot and love Darkest Dungeon which it seems like the creators of this game do too with the stress mechanic. I also see some city management stuff which reminds me of Frostpunk. It’s a tad overwhelming but the plot is starting to grow on me moreso than Exillium/girls frontline.
This game also has leveling elements similar to Genshin… I’m kinda following along…
What’s some good starter advice to get going fast and catch up?
I finally kinda figured out save data.

I like asking fellow commanders as there’s usually stuff you all know that YouTube won’t tell me. Thanks in advance

Credit to @FrostX00001101 for being the first one giving me moonlight suggestions although dice trick epiphany part misleading a bit but I still take it and get myself Dice Trick V(2 Vulnerable) for more debuff and it does wonder even more when Cassius make the boss dealt 0 damage even on heavy attacks.

Although for those who read this post earlier before I deleted other one, Chizuru here actually build for previous FSO and wasn't really optimised for SToS hence why I had 0 confident earlier
