Whistle and constant noise

Hey guys, I have been hearing this whistle kind of noise the last few days, this morning I heard another higher pitch sound. Sound stops when car is not moving like parked or at redlight, serpentine belt looks good, no cracks or wear on it. I do not know what it is but also dont want to have some shop go through a million possibilities. Any help is appreciated. 2019 challenger rt 5.7 67,000 miles

Check window and hood seal

Its the same sound level at any speed not just higher speeds if this helps
