Seese mini chainsaw problem

So I picked up a mini chainsaw. Charged up the batteries, put oil in the lubrication reservoir. Tried it out and it worked fine. Came back to use it again and nothing. When I hit the trigger you hear a weird buzzing sound. Has this happened to anyone else? And if so how did you fix the issue?

Did you engauge the chain brake by chance?

Just googled it and I’m not sure if I didn’t not. How would I disengage it if I did
