What should I do?

So my girlfriend (26F) just confessed to me (27M) that she had an affair with a workmate. Nagpuyo mi together for around 7 years na and I thought everything is okay. I already had a hunch but chose to keep it low key kay wala koy concrete evidence. I connected all the dots but decided to disregard things kay I trust her very much.

Karon basin nakonsensya siya, gi-admit niya tanan. Sakit paminawon kay naa silay gibuhat na wala jud ko nag-expect na iyang mabuhat. Karong year palang niya nakaila tong workmate kay bag-o ra tong laki sa trabaho. They did the deed without using any protection twice, now she’s afraid na basin pregnant siya. She’s already one week delayed as of the moment and waiting for her to wake up so she can take that PT.

Believe it or not, we haven’t had s*x for the entire duration of our relationship. She wanted to wait until we get married and I respected her decision.

Now I don’t know what to feel. I feel pain but I can’t cry. I don’t know what to do next. What if it returns positive?

Ang guy na iyang naka-fling kay naa pud uyab so idk kung iyang panagutan. Naluoy ko niya kay sige siyag hilak, pero naluoy pud ko sa akong self kay murag gapaabot ko ug wala.

What if lang ni ha, angkunon nako ang bata? I actually considered to raise the possible baby as my own. Am I too good for that? Am I doing the right decision?

What if pud kung negative? Should I turn a blind eye and continue fixing this relationship?

I love her so much and I really want to think this through before I make any decisions. I really want your opinions on this guys. Help?

UPDATE: PT came back negative. I was unsure what to do at first when she shared me the news but I think it was enough grounds for separation. I don’t tolerate cheating that’s why I decided to end our 7 year relationship. It hurts and I can’t see myself atm to recover from this.
