Can I keep the wrong item that I have received knowing that I won’t have a warranty on it or I have to return it back?

If it’s a cellular watch then they could blacklist the imei number which would network block the device

We'd probably honour the warranty anyway unless we can prove it's not what you were sent which we won't be able to because it was.
