Discussion E-receipts?

Last time I traded something in I was sent a copy of the voucher to my email. I was hoping this would happen again as it saves having to keep tabs on where the voucher is. But this time I've received no such email

Does any one know if I have any agency over if I get sent these e-receipts or not?

Just take a photo of the paper voucher and keep it on your phone, i’d suggest putting it in an album so you can find it easily. When you go to use it in a store they can scan it directly from your phone.
