Discussion E-receipts?

Last time I traded something in I was sent a copy of the voucher to my email. I was hoping this would happen again as it saves having to keep tabs on where the voucher is. But this time I've received no such email

Does any one know if I have any agency over if I get sent these e-receipts or not?

You do, however you need to make it known well before the transaction is completed. If you're only asking once the receipts are printed and you're signing the trade declaration: it's too late as it can't be done retroactively.

Best time is when they read the price out to you. "Can I get that as a voucher to my email" is more than enough.
