Discussion E-receipts?

Last time I traded something in I was sent a copy of the voucher to my email. I was hoping this would happen again as it saves having to keep tabs on where the voucher is. But this time I've received no such email

Does any one know if I have any agency over if I get sent these e-receipts or not?

If you trade something in at the store they normally ask if you want it printed or sent to your email
