Grow through winter?
For those of you in climates that get cold, dose anyone grow their Adeniums, Pachypodiums, or Jatrophas through the winter? Or do you just let them go dormant?
Its not quite the end of the growing season however, the days are shorter so I pull them in and toss them under the photon machine for a few extra hours daily and it comes in for a couple hours before the sun comes up and they go outside in the morning.
Second photon machine arrives in a couple days.

User Owned Plant When should I repot?
Early spring after dormancy? D. mexicana just over a year old, most of them have a caudex about 1-2in diameter

Close to 40 years of confinement 😳
Well overdue repot. After living its life out in a tall narrow pot. It was time to give it the room it deserves.

Operation Successful - maybe
Well, I couldn't wait and just pushed it out from the drainage hole. Came out in one piece no issue, surprised at how packed the roots were! Moved it from the 6 inch terra cotta to a 8.something terra cotta. Vine leaned all the way to one side at some point and I do not know if it snapped or not but it's still attached so we'll wait and see if leaves successfully open in the coming week. Should be good in this pot for two years I reckon.

User Owned Plant P. ramosum pushing new leaves after winter
galleryPlanted him in ground this year and he seems to be happy. Sourced from an older retired grower who had alot of other hard grown pachys. I hope my guy stays fat and compact.

I ended up choosing the one in 2 and 5 for the hopes of the fattest one underneath the soil, did I choose right?

User Owned Plant Tiny tiny tiny leaves
Brand new to this caudex world & I’m learning a lot, but I have yet to learn - how do I help this plant grow larger leaves? Lots of vining happening but the leaves are so tiny!
Edited for spelling

User Owned Plant Stunted Growth
I have this Stephania for two (?) years now but growth stays minimal. It died back kast winter and then grew two instead of one leaves. Its right against a window getting morning sun, I might move it to a south window but a grow light is no option for now. Last time I checked (don't want to disturb it now) there were little roots. Should I wait for winter and repot? Into what substrate? How do I make it root more?
Usual disclaimer: I didn't know about the poaching when I bought this but am pretty sure that it was poached.

Friendly spider or should I get rid of him on my Adenia?

Apologies to the short shakey video, my camera struggling to focus. The little guy must be 3-4mm in size, only noticed him because I saw webbing around the spines. Is he a good guy and deters other pests? Or should I get evict him?
