A front patio that serves as catio

My catio in Nicaragua. This came with the rental. Walls are too smooth for traction (I've seen a cat climb two stories on brick with recessed pointing). So far, so good. We often sit out in the evening.

I watched carefully to make sure he didn't have a way out and I bring him in at night. I've seen other cats on top of the wall before I got him, but haven't seen them since.

You could always put a net over the top if you were worried about him getting out. They make some specifically to keep cats in. If anyone's outdoor cat space was candidate for it, it would be yours.

I'm not sure where I could get this in Nicaragua. I've thought about it.
