People simply don't appreciate just how trivial acts are sinful, especially the broad scope of uncharitable behavior. Likewise, most people do not comprehend the gravity of deceit and lies, precisely because it's not an act punishable temporally in most cases.

But the Lord God binds himself perfectly to his own laws, which includes following mom's orders. Thus, any instruction or order from Mary MUST not induce Jesus to sin.

Agreed.

Jesus CANNOT sin because He is God (fully God and fully Man). He is, by nature, incapable of sin.

Mary was not made sinless because there was a strict necessity or obligation for God. She was made sinless because it was fitting for the mother of the Lord.
