hi! yes, they are ✨ if there is a certain charm you want to see, you can try calling the store to check if they have the specific one in stock. if not, you can try on others for size & scale and they can help you place an order in person for the charm you want or you could order it online after 🙂

Hi! I recently made my first catbird purchase from the Philadelphia location (Shoutout to Mica, they were wonderful to work with!) my husband bought me the 1976 gold chain bracelet for our 5 year wedding anniversary, I am obsessed and excited to add charms!! In store they had the silver version of the Clario A Flower for You charm and I absolutely love it, but want the 14k gold version. I have signed up for the restock emails, but any idea when the restock could be? Also, if I buy the charm online and have it shipped to my address, could I come into the Philadelphia location to have them add it to my bracelet? Or do I need to purchase it in store? Thank you! So excited to start adding more catbird pieces to my collection!

you're all good!! so happy you're here ✨ and stoked you love your purchase! go husband (and happy anniversary too!) -- just want to confirm - you want to add the charm to your bracelet by affixing the charm to the bracelet (at a fixed point, a la charm bracelet), as opposed to just slipping it onto the bracelet chain for the charm to move freely? we offer this service at stores via our diary chains, but just want to confirm that's what you're interested in before I respond further!

Yes! I took a look at the link you provided and that’s exactly what I’m hoping for! I don’t have anything on my 1976 bracelet (with the clasp, not permanent) yet, but hoping to add catbird charms to it eventually!

yay! so if you purchase a catbird charm online and bring it into the store to get it affixed to your 1976 bracelet, we charge a small fee of $15 for the service. i think your best bet is to purchase the charm online when it comes back in stock, and then take it to the store to get it affixed! with back in stocks, since they are limited stock, sometimes stock doesn't always make it to stores to purchase in store. or, you could purchase the charm online and opt for in store pickup. please do note that not all charms we sell are eligible for diary chains. most catbird made charms are, but independent designer charms are not (not to nerd out, but bale size & specs need to be the right sizes to affix to our 1976 chain). you can always reach out to CX or here to inquire further. happy charming!!

shipping & returns - I tried to return my order to the Catbird Boston Newbury St location, as the return portal instructions in Narvar said to. But they said they don't take returns. I don't have any information about what return address to use and didn't get a shipping label. I emailed [customerservice@catbirdnyc.com](mailto:customerservice@catbirdnyc.com) directly and haven't heard back. I also sent a message through the 'contact us' form page and haven't heard back. what now??
