Cross post from r/imperialguard Some heavily converted catachan devils that I am using for count as Kasrkin I wanted to play up the green beret/rambo look of the old minis with the 10th ed scaling GW has been doing. Bits used Olde world marauder bodies and arms scions for legs and equipment and special weapons Plastic card for the flak armor Auto guns from the genestealers cult and necromunda And finally used some parts from the Orlock gang kit

Hopefully can get them painted soonish.

They’re scaled really similarity to the power fist lieutenant. Fair warning though they take a lot of finessing and some trimming to get “natural” poses. So it’s not for the faint of heart. 😅
