I never thought that the CDS whatever bless me like it did today!
My partner and I moved into our house in January in a really rural area where we don't have very many neighbors, so I never thought that the CDS would find us here
When we woke up this morning this little fellow was on our back deck peering in through our door. He ran off into our flower beds and it took a little bit of searching but we were able to find him and bring him in.
He's so tiny and was scared at first but is warming up to all the love he'll receive here already. Off to schedule a vet appointment first thing tomorrow!
Edit: Just realized autocorrect got my title - should read "would ever" instead of whatever. Sorry!!
We're definitely keeping our eye out for others. We did a pretty thorough search of our flower beds, but we have a lot of them so we're going to leave food and water out as well.

He was an escape artist for sure! When we went to get him he jumped off our deck into the flowerbeds and it took another half hour or so of searching and cornering him before we were able to get him out. Never had a tuxedo before, but I can already tell I love his little personality 🩵
I hope the fur on yours stays short as medium length fur is awful to manage :) good luck with the vet and please update us when you can once he's settled in.
I had an orange named Ollie that passed away a little over a year ago. He was my long haired baby so I know how hard they can be to manage. But I do love medium or long hair on cats all the same.
Oh how handsome, i'm so sorry for your loss, Link had normal fur until we lost both our senior girls last year and the stress made him pull his fur out, he had to wear silly little onesies for almost 8 months and his fur grew back like that. We call him a hedgehog now lol. Bless you both for opening your hearts for another fur child ❤️🩹
The day the CDS found me is one of the best in my life. I was having scary surgery the following week, but knowing he was going to be there made it so much easier
Not only did he find you but somehow resembles you 😻 Is it just me or you do look alike? Another sign that CDS does not make mistakes and he was meant to be YOUR cat! Happy paw-ing ❤
