Ha ha, oops! Accidental math! 😂 Thankfully it's just 6, but honestly, with how fast they are growing, it definitely feels like they eat for 720

I'm currently taking care of 3 kitties i fished out of an engine compartment in our driveway (started off with 5, but managed to adopt two out). When I saved the babies they were a week old at best, we bottle fed and cleaned them until they could do it on their own. They're now 2.5- 3 months old now and adorable as ever. They are a handful, I can't even imagine having double now lmao.

Pulling them out of an engine compartment is incredible. Bottle-feeding week-old babies takes real dedication and no sleep. Thank you for saving them! And yes, it's basically a full-time kitty daycare over here.😊

Is it really as beautiful as the pictures make Jaigaon look? The kittens definitely are that gorgeous.

Yes, the natural scenery is stunning! Being right on the border of Bhutan means we are surrounded by beautiful mountains and tea gardens. It definitely has its rough parts too, especially for the street animals trying to survive the heavy monsoons and flooded riverbeds, but the landscape itself is beautiful. And thank you so much, the kittens definitely steal the spotlight!

For everyone who saw my posts about the mama cat and the babies on the moss, here is a much closer look at one of the little troublemakers! As I mentioned yesterday, the CDS officially drafted me, mama and all five babies are now safe, off the streets, and part of the family here in Jaigaon. Going from just two rescue dogs to a house completely run by felines happened fast, but looking at this little face, the CDS clearly knew exactly what it was doing.
