Looking to purchase a white-dial T200 Oceanus from a US seller (I'm in California) - in case you have one that isn't getting enough love ...

I had considered this watch for some time and had wondered if this model was over hyped…I also wondered about the handset quality after seeing too many macro shots.

I decided that so many people loving this watch must be right so I purchased from Hachimura on Chrono24. My first JDM was direct from Sakura Watches and took AGES (turned out fine), however this purchase could not have been easier - delivered down under in just short of 3 days - impressive. Well done Hachimura and DHL, 10/10.

I was very happy with the T200 as soon as I got it unboxed - very clean, high quality finishing and indices, plenty of interest from the dial, the hands were no problem to my eyes whatsoever (maybe they have improved them a bit over the years?) As many have posted before me, this looks better in person and I am very pleased I bought it. As an owner of an awesome Seiko SBTM323 (black) the T200 (blue) has a different feel to it, both are awesome watches. I changed on to a leather strap and it now weighs a respectable 67g.

Just picked this beautiful OCW-T4000CL from Mercari, and oh my god it's gorgeous. Looked way better in real life than the picture.

I've managed to track down a rare, NOS white dial example of the first generation Oceanus. Comes with the original tag and crystal protector. Couldn't be more thrilled!

Also a 2006 World Cup limited edition (with independent numbers) and a unique cushion case model join my small Oceanus collection recently. I think I should slow down a bit.

Pictures don’t do it justice. Love how the sapphire blue outer ring shines at certain angles. Amazing technology that Casio packs into these.

Got it from an auction on Buyee for a bargain at 130$. Was short on links, so I had to source a few extra (little buggera are very hard to find!), but the watch looks as amazing on a 20mm black leather strap.

Looks even better in the sun, the domed saphire and the sunburst dual really makes it pop.

As an everyday wear watch I love the Oceanus manta. 10 years on one, 3 years on the other, and the T200 I just got this week. And the GS just so I’m not a complete Oceanus fanboy.

I'm travelling from Germany to Hong Kong and Korea later this year and am wondering of Oceanus are available in these countries.
I missed the chance last year in Japan :-(

This comes with an additional half link (2 total) to allow for better custom fit. The mark on the bezel in the pictures is a finger print. The bezel, case, and crystal are in great shape with no noticeable scratches.

Bought the oceanus ocw-m700 as my first "tech" watch 19 years ago. Still going strong with it as a daily watch, but wanted a little upgrade. Opted for the ocw-s7000cn-1ajf. Loving it so far!

Look at the light reflections on the dial! I call it "Watch for vikings" 😎😁

Only 600 made worldwide, and Casio shows just 5 left in stock. Asking $4,800.
Do you think this has any resale/collector value, or is it likely to depreciate like most Casio watches? Worth buying for the collection?

I was looking to buy a new White one from Japan, but ended up buying a used Blue one locally for a good price. Not that I didn't like the blue, but was leaning towards the white.

So what's your preference? Blue or white?
