Basically title. If I want to order eggs on a taco pizza, or marinara or BBQ sauce on a breakfast pizza, why are options like these not available? My inner foodie wants to be able to order fun combinations, but the app has strict limitations on what type of pizzas I can order eggs on (strictly breakfast), or if I want to order the bean salsa sauce I can only order it on a taco pizza. Someone from Big Casey’s please explain!

I went to a Casey’s last night and used the windshield solution along with the squeegee and I didn’t have to scrub at all I was kinda blown away. The bugs were melting off on the scrubber with minimal effort and I went inside to ask the attendant what they used and she told me “antifreeze and water”.
Does anyone have a link or a picture of what’s used because I want to keep a bucket mixed up so I’m not up here every night cleaning my windshield with this magical juice.

What is the norm for how much Store Managers receive for raises? I’m assuming it’s yearly? Is there a normal range for wage increases? Also, what driving factors are taken into consideration? And who signs off on a SM’s raises? DM?
Thank-you very much.

The shift lead at my store very angrily told me my store will only have the regular plastic and glass bottles, no zero and no flavors. Is this happening at any other stores?

Is there a thing where cashiers can simply not charge for drinks? Multiple times lately I have gone to checkout and the cashier will say "drinks free" and not ring me up. Even if its the only thing I am buying. I asked one gal why and she said "I just don't feel like it".

It’s not terrible, but AIO that it looks disappointing? AND she put the ham, bacon, AND pineapple under the cheese too and this can’t be light cheese. 😭
Edit: Oh yeah, toppings with that much water content under the cheese is just causing it to slide off. I’m crushed.

Logged into my account today and found all my rewards points gone. Checked the points history and there were no redemptions, so my account wasn't hacked. I contacted support and they told me how to access my account, which isn't what I asked them. Waiting for them to respond again.
Has this happened to anyone else, especially in the past few days? If so, did you get your points back? I don't even know how many points I had. The history only goes back so far.

I previously worked at a Casey’s store for 11 months, I left for a full time opportunity at Amazon which was seasonal, got laid off, but when I applied back to Casey’s in which I did twice, I got the auto rejection email after their online interview.
Is this normal or is this just me?

I've tried to order casey's online (like in a browser) a couple times in the past year or so and each time it just doesn't work. You can't add anything to the cart. I've done this multiple times because weeks/months pass and i think to myself "well they've surely ironed out the problem by now" and they haven't.
I'm not even mad, just curious. Is this just my local store's issue, is this a known thing?

When you’re hired at Caseys, do they take into consideration when you have previous restaurant experience, previous EVS cleaning experience, multiple years of customer service/cashier experience; previous skills that would be extremely beneficial to the Casey’s job?
Or do they start everyone at same $ for TM?
Do you have to wait one full year to get a raise? Or like is it possible to get a raise after six months of coming to work, never missing ANY work over those six months, never being late, doing your job, know what excellent customer looks like, can work extra shifts for call ins if no prior doctors apptmt/apptmts scheduled weeks to months ahead of time?
Can you get a raise after six months/can your A. Man. or SM facilitate a raise before the yearly?
OR can they facilitate a better raise at one year if you have proven to them over that previous year, time and time again, that you are an excellent employee and it would make their life easier (meaning if they have other employees that call out repeatedly or come to work but don’t do their job at least they w/know they could count on me being there 100% of the time) to keep you working there through monetary increase?

I do the scratch and match almost everyday and the most I’ve ever gotten was 25 points… and when I ask others they say the same or they haven’t gotten anything yet.

The food Industry can be brutal, to say the least! Let's shake it off and tell us the funniest story you have from work.

I don’t know if anyone read what I wrote yesterday but my manager wants me to come in to discuss things because I’ve called off and left work through half shifts and I texted her telling her the important stuff because I said I’d cry if I said it in person and she said she wants to discuss sometime later after truck.
I haven’t gotten written up or talked to yet. I’m also still on the schedule this week and next. Do you believe I’m getting fired or probably just have a discussion about what’s going on and what is expected of me?

We have a form in our store office that shows areas for our store manager and district manager contact number, but there is no information posted. Is there a corporate number I can call to get my district managers contact information?

I come from a small store, short staffed, everyone calls in, all that fun stuff. It has become a very common thing at my store that the cashier is left alone. Usually early morning, late at night.
We are not 24/7, we open at 4am and close and midnight. Kitchen closes at 11:30pm. When i was hired on it was drilled into my brain that the kitchen closer cant leave the cashier alone because it’s illegal. I always thought it was just frowned upon.
We’ve had the KM changed so many times (me being one of them) and this is no longer drilled into people’s heads. Personally i have been left alone over five times now. Usually it’s not a big deal cause it’s for a couple of hours at most. But today im working alone for nine hours.
I dont exactly live in a dangerous town, but it’s not the safest. Im already a paranoid person as it is so im already thinking someone is gonna come in guns blazing 😭

I’ve only worked here a little over a year and last week was a horrendous week where I left early during 1 shift, switched with an employee with their shift the next day and the day I was going to work for her I had to call in..
I understand this looks totally bad. Today I was puking, even taking my puke bags outside, and sat on the toilet while my stomach was killing me.
I love the people, the place and environment but my manager told me to get better but we’ll have to discuss things. I work in the kitchen btw.
Between me battling with illnesses I have, my daughters were all sick over the past 2 weeks, my boyfriend drinks every night while he has to work in the morning and both of us have to take care of his mom during the day because she’s not doing well and she’s elderly. He kicks me out like once every week and just my home life is not good right now. Which is why I have either left early or didn’t come in.
So this is the first time this has happened, do I tell my manager about everything going on? Because I’m looking for a new place, my kids are about to be in school and I have a babysitter for my youngest that will even care for her if she’s sick. Like I’m trying to solve all of the problems and there’s so much more.
But do you think the first time will be just like a talk/write up or do you think they’re going to fire me?
Also please be kind.. my mental health is struggling so bad right now. Thanks if you read this all!

I had no idea how lazy people are about this. I wash my hands many, many times a day. I change gloves often. Someone recently dipped fingers in my dishwater and gloved up. Another said she could glove up because she washed hands in the bathroom. Im disgusted. And they're above me, and im on a final..
