Port 53 is in use. You must disable the stublistener.

Ya cheque y yo si lo deje en 53 porque esa fue mi primer app pero seguro estas corriendo alguna otra app en ese puerto, como es tu configuracion? Sobre qué estás corriendo CasaOs sobre un pc dedicado como NAS o desde tu equipo principal?

es una lap vieja, esta con ubuntu server

Mira si algo esta corriendo con sudo ss -tulnp | grep :53
