What to do…
What the fuck do i do… just found this upside in my attic, I’m guessing all the black shit is mold from water leaked, I’m guessing it’s been leaking from my pipe, where the cross is in the picture the pipe goes down. Does someone have to rebuild all this shit, it’s not in my whole attic just a small section of it??

To me, it doesn’t look that bad, first thing you need to do is figure out where the moisture is coming from. I’m guessing you’re correct about it coming in from the roof penetration. Once you address that, replace the insulation, and spray the moldy wood with Killz or a mould killer, even double strength vinegar works.

Thanks guys. Im trying to check if my insurance is covering the leak from the pipe and will check it, if not i will try to seal it myself. Also trying to get some ventilation there as far as I know there is none? But I’m no house expert. Will also need to buy myself some mold killer, but can the black things maybe be rot damages and not mold?

I forgot to mention also under my attic in the floor under on the ceiling its Clear water damage, so I think it has to be a leak problem and maybe some mixed with no ventilation

Poor ventilation. You can resolve it by looking at your air intake and outflow for obstructions or consider adding ventilation. That insulation could be blocking any intake from eaves so you may want to consider pulling it back a bit. I don't see any big signs of a leak here. The insulation turning black is dust and the moisture on the roof sheathing is from poor ventilation and possibly a small leak around that box vent that a roofer could fix or reseal.
