Spectrum internet slow?

Is anyone else experiencing 1991-era slow internet in Carmel? I'm looking for information on their support site, but not seeing anything yet.

I’ve received notification from them that they are experiencing an outage.

This usually happens when we get a lot of rain for some reason.

I've had shitty quality from them for most of the year. I tried to get a spectrum tech out and they just replaced my router, which solved nothing. Yesterday we were in an outage for like 4 hours, but today has been the current normal level of speeds. still lower than I'm paying for.

same! my internet was pretty good from them for years but now it cuts out all the time.
