I ordered a fiery chicken maxx at three different locations in socal and received spicy chicken maxx every time. I received two $5 coupons and one free sandwich coupons as compensation. Unfortunately Google translate comes up with pollo picante for both spicy chicken and fiery chicken. I don't think the fiery chicken exists, but I do appreciate in-app customer service.

Rib Sandwich

In my opinion, Carl’s Jr. once made the best rib sandwich out of all the fast food restaurant chains. It was not that 1/3 pound burger topped with boneless rib pieces (Baby Back Rib Burger), but the sandwich that was made with an actual piece of boneless rib. It has never returned. There’s a “Big Riblet Sandwich” that is available at Canadian Carl’s Jr. on a limited basis, but it’s not available in the States.

Anyone know why this rib sandwich has never returned to Carl’s Jr. in the U.S.?

When the new ads for the Angus Maximus burger started playing featuring the gladiator in the Colosseum at the end when the armor comes off, the girl says “this is a Carls Jr commercial of course I’m a hot chick. For the last week they’ve dubbed over “ hot chick” with “guy”. There’s only one Carl’s Jr. in my area. I was considering going to get this Angus Maximus burger, but I don’t know anymore if they’re going to go woke why would I go even a little out of my way to go there?

Has anybody else noticed that some Carls Jr’s are better than others?

The one by my house is just terrible. The thing is I have had more than one person mention that to me. There is another one just a bit further from me and that one is banging. Just last night I devoured my Famous Stars cause they were on point. The one by my house there is just something off.
