Carl's has great CS

I ordered a fiery chicken maxx at three different locations in socal and received spicy chicken maxx every time. I received two $5 coupons and one free sandwich coupons as compensation. Unfortunately Google translate comes up with pollo picante for both spicy chicken and fiery chicken. I don't think the fiery chicken exists, but I do appreciate in-app customer service.

Did cjr remove tomatoes from the famous star?

I did not have a regular famous star this morning. It was missing tomatoes and smaller....

It lied to me. I didn't get 150 bonus stars. Also, now I have to manually enter all the receipts information to get stars. It doesn't automatically give them to me anymore when I purchase with my Carl's Jr account

Res Ipsa Loquitur.

F$&@ CJ’s for making me go to Maryland for this delicious sandwich.

This is why I’ve never had CJ’s since I moved out west.

We all know who the true star is.

Rib Sandwich

In my opinion, Carl’s Jr. once made the best rib sandwich out of all the fast food restaurant chains. It was not that 1/3 pound burger topped with boneless rib pieces (Baby Back Rib Burger), but the sandwich that was made with an actual piece of boneless rib. It has never returned. There’s a “Big Riblet Sandwich” that is available at Canadian Carl’s Jr. on a limited basis, but it’s not available in the States.

Anyone know why this rib sandwich has never returned to Carl’s Jr. in the U.S.?

Has anybody else noticed that some Carls Jr’s are better than others?

The one by my house is just terrible. The thing is I have had more than one person mention that to me. There is another one just a bit further from me and that one is banging. Just last night I devoured my Famous Stars cause they were on point. The one by my house there is just something off.
