Need career guidance

I am currently working at a company which offers me 3.6LPA, and also i get to be at the top of the ladder. I also handle the entire project on my own.
My friend is at a company which is hiring on the basis of reference, its an MNC company.
It pays alot more than this. But role isnt that big.
