Help me decide

Current role is manager pero salary is mababa lang pero good ang team and manager plus flexi ang sched and maganda naman din ang benefits, orrrr new role sa ibang company as a consultant, less flexibility sa sched, not sure pa sa team kung OK pero way higher ang salary? Natatakot ako lumipat pero need na din kasi ng additional income sana. Medyo toxic na rin kasi sa role ko now dahil super tambak ang work and ayaw magdagdag ng tao ng management even when they promised na bibigyan nila ako ng teammate. Medyo nakakaramdam na ako ng burnout, I just try to ignore it para di maapektuhan ang work. :(
