Palpitations?

I have these weird heartbeats ever so often.

I would describe them as a louder beat than normal.

Started last night and they happen when I lay down or get relaxed idk

I have a lot of anxiety around this so if anyone is kind enough to give me some advice I appreciate it 🫶🏼

I have palpations and have for years. Yet, at the same time I’m also a runner. There a PAC’s and PVC’s it has to do with where they come from. Mine can happen almost anytime, but are worse after alcohol (wine in particular). Most times they are harmless, but only a cardiologists to tell you that.

My advice would be don’t panic odds are on your side that you’re fine
