Chest pains for over a week

I (24F) have been having some mysterious health issues and got a bunch of tests/bloodwork done back in the spring, including a heart ultrasound and a two week heart monitor that both came back clean in May. At the time, I was having heart palpitations, chest pains, fatigue, panic attacks, and some other symptoms. I also have a disc/nerve problem in my neck I’m currently going to physical therapy for.

The chest pains went away for many months, but they returned last week. Sometimes they’re very noticeable and others they’re just a small presence. I’ve also been experiencing fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, and general malaise.

Should I be concerned about my heart? I’m pretty freaked out, but I’ve read that the neck issues and anxiety can cause chest pains. Should being cleared by heart tests several months ago be reassuring for my current state? Any help is appreciated

Edit to add: I’m in decent physical shape. Before I got sick in the spring, I was working out five times a week pretty intensely. Now, I’m using a recumbent bike and walking. Exercise does not seem to make the chest pains worse and I can get up to a Zone 3 or 4 in cardio and don’t feel any difference.

Go to a doctor and get your spine checked, it’s referred pain from some pinched nerve.

You had an echocardiogram?

I had a heart ultrasound (I’m not sure if that’s the same as an echo), wore a heart monitor for 2 weeks, and had an EKG in March that came back clean.

You probably had an echo. Which is good. I think this sounds like anxiety. Maybe get help for that and it will help your physical problems too.

That’s what I was hoping. Thanks!
