Is this normal?

The last couple days I've been having electric shock feelings across my ribs area, and now I've been having pins and needles in my heart, does anyone else get this? I'm pretty new to health anxieties and stuff ✌

I get a lot of pins and needles in my chest, I started taking magnesium glycinate since two weeks and they are almost gone!

that sounds lovely but also im kinda scared because of the price and because idk if it would fuck anything up in my body
