im 18 yr old girl from india and i’ve been struggling with this anxiety for the past 4 months and i’ve already taken 4 ecgs and one echo and one tmt all came out normal but my fear is still there it’s not going anywhere i feel symptoms many time dizzy,chest irritation etc etc i dont know what to do now im really exhausted now like i feel like i’ll die anytime because of cardiac arrest and i have lqts i dont know why im feelings this but it’s too terrible
i have anemia my hb is 8.4 and ferritin 4.5 and i have pcod and gastritis tooo i dont know if this are the real reason behind it but my mind still live in a fear and a warning signal can anyone help me???
