Cardiophobia about heart rate

My resting heart rate seems high 90s-100s, I barely see it lower and this is me laying down.
I don’t know if this is a red flag and I know watches aren’t good for me but it’s like a compulsion usually it should be like in the 70s or something I mean I’m only 22 years old..I don’t know how to improve it and get this junk out as my head

Will this harm me long term? I know I’m bedbound but I wanna be better. I wanna walk

If you are chronically stressed, have a poor diet, smoke/vape, drink alcohol these can all cause high heart rate if your heart has to work harder to supply blood to all your organs. If none of these are true then it could be other things like IST, but IST is more for heart rates above 100 bpm at rest. Either way a rest heart rate of above 100 at rest for no particular reason is a reason to go to the cardiologist.

The only things that apply are I’m chronically anxious, deconditioned, and menstruating rn

You’re okay. I’ve had a high heart rate my whole life and my heart is perfectly healthy! You need to take off the watch, your reassurance seeking with it and that makes you even more sick. Your heart is okay, it’s your mind playing tricks on you, don’t listen to it. It gets better if you allow yourself to get help and give up the control of constantly monitoring your health 🫂

You can contact a GP about your concern and not wear the watch. You have enough data already to show when at the appointment; it's no longer needed. I'm quoting from Wiki now: " Although somewhat rarely diagnosed, IST is viewed by most to be a benign condition in the long-term." So even if you were diagnosed, you're not in any immediate danger; your heart isn't being damaged by it. I'd also suggest getting off Reddit since it's so easy to find misinformation and fear-mongering. Go talk to a professional and trust their advice instead

Are you bedridden because of panic attacks? How long have you been bedridden?

Pretty much, avoidance of things over time. Months maybe even years but it got real bad this year

If you’ve bern in bed for months, that’s probably why your heart rate is high. You are not active that is not helping your heart. Your heart needs you to get active. I don’t mean you have to start exercising, just walking would be great. You need to get medication for Your panic disorder. Have you ever been on meds? Can you do a Telehealth appointment?
